I haven't disputed many stores. However, I had to dispute Zara, not long ago and they didn't respond.

Out of curiosity What's the clothing like? Is it good quality do you recommend any pieces?

Also please let me know if you manage to get an order through with Microsoft I see a lot of people having the problem of an error at checkout

Good move with this thread. About Zara, in my opinion they have poor quality of clothes, especially jeans.
