Also they ask for returns unless you choose advanced exchange, but this costs money but I remember they let me go through with it without paying. You have to use a drop to do that otherwise box i guess.

Do you bother to remove the PDF metadata as well?

Well I only use my phone so can't really but haven't had problems regarding this but I would do it since it takes like 30 seconds.
