It hasn't been 14days yet. It sucks but I'd wait some more. At day 14 you unleash that inner rage, politely, and ask where the fuck your package is.

Tell them how the 14 days have passed, they kept you waiting, you spoke to multiple support staff and they said 'soon refund will follow'. Yet nothing has happened. You have been willingly patient for a package that the mailman lost. You understand that they want to wait out their chances for a delivery, but 14days is plenty to know the package won't arrive anymore. Something like this
