In the summer, I was able to DNA a controller and headset for one of my consoles. Then a few weeks ago, I DNA’d a Switch OLED from them, even with a signature.

My most recent was an iPad Pro 12.9 and Apple Pencil. I figured if it failed, I would just return it. Attempted a DNA again, of course they closed my ticket because of the past two attempts.

But I’m incredibly stubborn and I guess greed got me as well. They told me I needed to file a claim with UPS, so that way it seemed serious enough if I was trying elsewhere.

I really didn’t want to, so I filed a complaint with the BBB. I ended up getting an email from their executive team, and they requested a refund on my behalf on Monday.

The ticket just got closed to today in my favor. I saw they removed the number they provided for my iPad, in the settings, and the IMEI isn’t blacklisted (yet, maybe?). I’m able to sign it up with a different carrier, if I need or want to.

All in all, super dumb and risky of me but it worked out. Will be taking a break for now, lol.

Wise to take a break. But all in all you did fine it seems. What was the risky part? Did you go full berserk,stubborn,greed-mode on the iPad?
I am the one who meows.
