Both worked and it was only the handle sent.

Actually if you ask nicely the rep after receiving the handle, saying you sent the charging case and its cable to the repair center, they can send you the rest of the stuff for fr€€ 

Not in my experience at all.

The always claim that I had to ship something to them before I could receive anything.

I originally tried them and they shipped me a handle

But now no matter what excuse I use information I use they always require me to ship them something
