I saw a similar story with currys and they were good to go but in some cases they will straight up not give a shit about you.


Don't start a PayPal claim yet they have not even denied you I would wait for the investigation to finish and then some.

then move on to PayPal but that's my opinion

Just a close-up picture of the package up against my gate to access the garden, no signature. I did Curry's 3/4 years back and went straight to a PayPal dispute and Curry's didn't reply  (this refund is for a friend).

If you want to jump straight to PayPal go ahead but if I was you I would wait it out.
