I have 2 issues I have got nowhere with so require the help of an insider.

I legit returned a screen & a keyboard to amz UK months ago but they closed my acc before refunding stating too many returns and now refuse to RF.
The tracking shows as delivered on both items
Total £1700


I legit returned an SSD to amz US
Tracking shows as delivered
Has been RF’d by agents many times but then RF always gets cancelled
$350
Acc is still open but is knackered as any order made gets cancelled, due to doing a scan on it previously.


I will pay for the service of an insider if they can obtain these RF’s
