I was really tired and I got words mixed up

If the return is insured/ they are liable then box them

If you haven't already as well I would email them or contact them and ask what exactly they think you are saying

I had a problem with the company and I was in a similar position to you where they were saying things that were not even relevant to my case and when I ask them what they thought I was claiming they said DNA

When in fact I was claiming EB they just misunderstood after that my claim got escalated and approved pretty quickly

I will try to box them, I won't have enough time for that.

There are only about 5 days left until the return deadline ends and I am still awaiting a response from my previous email.
