End August the police came to my house twice with the delivery driver

Police asked me if they can look inside my flat

I said no

The second time I allowed it, they searched my room and found nothing. Looks good for me right? No.

Now it’s November, my lawyer is on the case and he said to get back the money looks easy and difficult at the same time because of the value and due to the fact my signature was faked

Damn, all that for an AMD gpu.

I am praying some Boomer on Marketplace will buy this shit off me during Christmas

How on earth did you guys had an easy success with proshop? This must be cap?

It’s been since early August I didn’t saw my money. I bought a  7900xtx and I sit with this shitty GPU.

Police came to my fucking house and another user who claimed DNA got fucked as well
My lawyer is on the case and both DPD and Proshop won’t issue a refund

As well the guy who did the WIR on Amazon used Proshop for a refund and is ever since gone from here

The whole reason why this forum exists is  so we can help each other. Therefore, I would never lie or set anyone up here.

I’m not in Germany, but in EU tho. I heard Germany is harder to SE in general. Learn your country’s law, police cannot enter and search your house based on presumption. I would agree with your lawyer, hopefully you will win the case! Good luck with it and if anything, dm.

I know for a fact, it works on other companies such as Zalando

But they keep insisting and pointing out to the fact it’s value is 1200€ and the signature , which is obviously not mine. DPD driver just typed in my name

used an account with multiple orders and harassed the fuck out of proshop til i got my refund. maybe cause the order was about 600e and not much.

I keep harassing them with emails and calls.
