I live at the broder Germany and the Netherlands

I sent 10s of emails nothing happened

I signed the legally binned letter, I did not received the parcel

A month later I got the message: we are 100% certain you received the parcel, so we won’t issues a refund. There is your signature

End August the police came to my house twice with the delivery driver

Police asked me if they can look inside my flat

I said no

The second time I allowed it, they searched my room and found nothing. Looks good for me right? No.

Now it’s November, my lawyer is on the case and he said to get back the money looks easy and difficult at the same time because of the value and due to the fact my signature was faked

used an account with multiple orders and harassed the fuck out of proshop til i got my refund. maybe cause the order was about 600e and not much.

And what would you do if the drivers recognizes you for receiving the package?
Either way it sound like you had a lot of luck, also maybe the price...
