If your claiming DNA and opening a PP dispute it wont work. As soon as PP see the tracking information regardless of its delivered or not its an auto fail.

UK Based - Ordered Series X - Phoned Microsoft and spoke to someone from USA / CAN - Told them item was tampered Toaster received instead of Series X - Got reply from Microsoft saying they are investigating - Used Inspect element to change the email to (They cant help me I would need to contact delivery company) - screenshot sent to PP wrong item received - 7 days full refund and another mail from Microsoft apologising.

None of the above is true and is only a statement from a book I read recently.

What did Microsoft apologize for? Also did PayPal require you to send anything back or anything like that
