They’ve arranged for the item to be returned via their courier, DPD, but insisting on a collection rather than supplying a pre-paid label. I’ve tried circumventing this (rarely at home etc) but no joy so far. Any suggestions?I tried SN methond on them and got a label, dry iced them. They said they will get back to me with a solution a week ago, so still waiting. So maybe try to dry ice method or keep insisting on return label. Tell them you work late hours and it would be more convinient to get a return label.
question about dry ice. When you buy it how long can you keep it on you without the ice melting?
