If it was left outside, and you didn’t authorise a ‘safe place’, the company has responsibility for your parcel still.  Someone probably walked pasts your drive and decided they like the look of the shiny box sitting there …

The reply I have received back is , as follows .

"I had leadership review the situation. They deemed that the picture in UPS tracking is sufficient to show the package delivered. It is recommended you file a police report and a claim with your homeowner's insurance for a stolen package.

A shipping claim will not be filed by us, nor will a replacement be sent or a refund issued for stolen merchandise.
