"Thank you for answering our questions. I went ahead and sent you a prepaid FedEx return label via email for you to return your product to us for analysis. You should be receiving it shortly if you haven’t already. If it isn’t automatically forwarded to your inbox, please check your spam/junk folder. The tracking number for the label is [redacted]. Please only include the toothbrush unit. Once we receive your toothbrush, I will send you a new product and notify you of the order information. Feel free to reach out to us if you have any other questions.
What should I do? In my previous email I did say this:
"...However, regarding the shipping of my defective toothbrush, I was wondering if it would be safe to ship it via normal post. Having just looked it up on the Canada Post website, it seems that they clarify that:
"You must not ship batteries and equipment that are:
Damaged
Defective or recalled
Transported for recycling or disposal"
Please advise as to whether or not it might be more prudent to simply dispose/recycle the product, as I am less knowledgeable on the subject than you guys."
But it seems that the rep ignored that. Should I keep pressing with the hazardous battery story, or should I try boxing them? Or another method? Thanks in advance, I appreciate any help/advice as I'm quite inexperienced.
Do you mind explaining what steps you need to take in order to successfully perform this method?
