Yeah it was a success, I did it twice, first time was super simple and they would ship out the device and expect you to send one back, the second time round, which was about two weeks later, they requested the device sent back first. Both worked and it was only the handle sent.

wait, so i require a s/n for the toothbrush? if so where can i get that from? and whne they ask me to return the toothbrush i could just put the return label on a empty envelope and send it right? btw im in australia if that affects the replacement process

I think you need to do more research dude, why would sending them an empty envelope give you a free toothbrush.
