Some update for you. Filled a PR today. PR is just scare tactics from them so it’s okay to do it like 2-3 times a year. Police is useless and wont investigate anything.

I really don’t recommend anyone to hit this company.  Poorest and slowest CS I’ve ever seen. They dragged this out for a month now and initially went after delivery services - obviously they failed and now turned against me. I still have a wild card just in case.  You just keep pressing them and complain and ask for escalation!

Braindead reps or Se’rs lying about refund.

The rep told me in the beginning that they record shipping process, but Im pretty sure they don’t have pics of the visible watch in the box. So ask them for those pics as a last resort. I’ll update you guys in upcoming days.
