updated: success but they called me once again from a hidden secret number but i wasnt able to answer because i was in school
later they wrote no email just refunded me so i think theyre mad but there was no proof of signing or photo soo.. whatever, probably not gonna do them again ever

it was defo not instant, not in my country, took a few emails and calls investigation with the company 2x times
it was around 150
i think the country where H&M is instant is only America, in Europe theres no live chat you have to talk in your own language to the customer service like Slovakian, Greek etc. it's definitely investigated in detail
but there was no sign or photo that saved my ass
