Hello everyone I have attempted to dna a lookfantastic order with 2 perfumes claimed dna and got a non receipt form to fill in and waited around 3-5 days for a reply back from lookfantastic and they said this

Your account has been referred to our investigations team.

As the proof of delivery image shows the parcel being accepted, we are completing a full delivery network investigation with the courier.

In order to conclude our investigation, please can you upload an image of your front door as per the courier photograph?

What should I do now?

What coutry? in my country lookfantastic is really easy, DNA only does "investigation" for a month and gives a refund, multiple times on the same address+name

For perfumes I never use DNA as shit like this can happen, just do what they say and act as if it was a real claim
