Did they ask any questions? Or just process the return?

It fairly aged only like 2-3 years. And yes it actually took two months because first I was waiting for the system to issue it since I did it through the system and the system said return the wrong item received. Then I had to wait for them to process it, I talked to them on the chat about two weeks after but they said I’d have to wait for processing to finish which was like 30 days from when I sent it back. Once I waited that amount of time I got back to the chat and they started issuing it immediately but I’d wait a few days and it’d never show up. Talked to them like three different times on chat and decided to call instead. Spoke to someone they were very nice and escalated it to another department that had me fill out a form then finally got the notification on the app for the refund. No one ever doubted me I guess since it was the first time. I had prior legit refunds though but def worth it.
