I ordered 9 items totalling £220 and they were delivered an hour apart. The pictures taken by Royal Mail show the same person accepting both packages so I could not say only one arrived. I decided to DNA both (ambitious I know) and Adidas investigated and denied the claim.

Can I now try PEB?

FYI: £200 is the limit for adidas refunds without investigation.

do you think the dna failed because you went over the limit, or because you decided to dna both packages?

It's impossible to be certain, but I'd wager that the double DNA was too much.
