I hit the eb on the 2 awhile ago and its weight was on the box, the whole thing about it was its either a logistics error or some guy stole it. Either way they cant prove either outcome through their investigation and would refund you. I think ill try to hit for a eb on the 3 since i got the extra funds atm, worse case you file a chargeback or pp claim

Hi friend go for EB, just got off Chat ill recieve a email in a few days with the option for a refund or replacement. Easy peasy, just had to chat the rep up abit and ending up sending in photos n now they gonna wait a few days to make sure my dumbass wont turn it on and when it goes through thats 2 quest for the price of one. Hell i might even try a dna the second time it comes in.

I see that you went for EB, you told them that the item was not the the box shipped or the handset was not inside the retail box?
