No, EU. I’m pretty sure that they shipped to both of us from Schweiz though. In the beginning CS told me that they take pictures of the package, however I doubt that they take pictures of the watch inside the box, so as a last resort, ask them for those pics. In that case, there’s no proof of watch actually been in the box when shipped.

Yeah I'm definitely not going to give up it's just inconvenient that the money is being held this long I didn't think it would take this long

They emailed me stating they checked CCTV and confirmed that my package left the facility with the watch in it. They are pushing investigation with courier to get weight from each stop. It's been about 2 weeks since I began this SE.

What region are you in? EU US UK?

Also roughly what value? We're also on a similar situation I cannot tell if some are bullshiting or if I'm unlucky here I'm going to start asking to get my case escalated

CA / watch I ordered was roughly $1200 CAD ($880 USD). TISSOT has been very unhelpful, I asked for estimated time of investigation competition, dodged the question. I will continue to press them.
