Tip if you want a refund instead of a replacement. Just refuse the replacement when it will be delivered to you, when it gets back to their warehouse, you will get a refund.

Yes they are often overpriced, but it's not like we're actually paying for it right? 

I don't know if I did something wrong, but the protein of brownie V2 tasted very bad, so I didn't want the replacement. I have Gold Whey Standard Extreme Milk Chocolate from Amazon. It tastes good and I am quite happy about it.

www.optimumnutrition.com - these guys deliver to only specific countries and I don't think I could SE them using a reship service. They sell the protein on the Amazon, it's sold and shipped by Amazon. So I would buy it and DNA from there.
