I am in Canada too, do you tell Apple that the box was empty? Or do you do a return and mail back an empty box?
Which apple watches have you done? Anything worth high $?

Tell Apple that everything seems fine except the watch itself is not in the box. Make sure to state that the packaging did NOT look tampered with if they ask. And Apple watch Ultra's have a good resale value
