How long does it take to get the refund and when was this?

Emailed them by sending an email, not via ticket.
From emailing to refund it took around 2-3 weeks.

I must have just caught dell before they changed their policy because they now consistently ask for a police report.

Trying to hit em with MEB. The CS just told me that they record everything 3 times before packing, she will contact the department and get back to me tomorrow more info. BS or legit, what do you think?

They definitely could have changed their policy. Just wait it out and see what they come back with.
