interesting, so as of now it may be safe to resell these devices.... Do you know any other companies that does not respond to the disputes? maybe ones with high resale value?

What are the chances that microsoft blocks the xbox? Im guessing its unlikely.

 

I have also hit Microsoft for an Xbox purchased from their website once, I am attempting to see if it will work on a fresh PayPal account at the moment.  I already ordered the Xbox, as soon as it arrives I will file a dispute. Account has no purchases and is a week old.

Don't quote be this is an assumption. But given that Microsoft isn't replying to a PayPal dispute, they might not know that there's anything going on with that order to block it. I haven't experienced Microsoft blocking any of my Xboxes personally.
