Hi, what do you mean by "Disposed off faulty"? Did the company ask you to dispose of the product and instead issue a replacement?

Literally say you threw it out as it was dangerous only required in fractal designs.
Belkin and venom don't ask for return of faulty products but can only be done x1 per adress I think.

Fractal designs are asking for a photo with the 24 pins connecter damaged with pliers before they are willing to issue a replacement, did you occur this?
