I think people just take breaks from doing this shit for a bit or move to other communities. There is really nothing new with refunding and if u been in long enough u already know everything except (insider scan shit). Most new posts are people asking the same thing that been asked 100's of time anyways. Mothered obviously helped a lot of people here but looks like he is away now.
