If you simply said it doesn't turn on believe it or not they might have asked for POD. Have hit razer multiple times saying this because with the leaky battery etc it becomes a safety concern so they need the product back to do 'testing' and keep customers safe. Best option is to box nothing to lose but personally haven't tried this because i never needed to.
