So you say that if I want to PEB 1 shoe (the Ugg) then I should order more 1-2 shoes and then say that I didn`t get the Ugg and then return the items that I ordered with the Ugg (the 1-2 shoes) and I`ll get my whole money back and I got a free Ugg? I hope it is understandable

You want to see Zalandos Reviews they are terrible people keep returning items and Zalando are scamming people saying they sent a different item etc

Then what should I do? I want 1 shoe from Zalando and I was told PEB is better. I want 1 Ugg so what should I order with that?

If you want to guarantee a refund for the uggs that you want to order, then you need to pay for the order paypal but keep in mind that paypal should not be fresh but at least one to three months and should be warmed up by several inexpensive purchases in different stores.
you can even one dollar-5 dollars, then you can make the DNA or method of missing cheap goods that order together with the uggs in this case if the store zelando refuse to reimburse you for the uggs, then you can file a claim in the paypal which paid for this order.
