Hey guys!

So I ordered some stuff from Temu for a total of $200+. It arrived in multiple packages and I DNA'd both of them.

Customer service refused refunds for 4 days before I called them and got a refund for package 1, package 2 pending. They asked for verbal agreement over the phone that I did in fact not get the packages and that I agreed to cooperate with investigations. Already got refund for package 1.

I'm pretty sure this is fine, especially because it's all verbal agreement and not written, but I wanted to let you guys know about this experience.

What are you guys even refunding on Temu?

Can you buy multiple things from a different sellers and get it all in one package?
