I did PEB a few weeks ago, for about €300,-. Very aged account though.

Bro what did you order and what did you say you didn’t get? I want to peb a Ugg (u know the shoe) but idk what should I order. I mean should I order socks and the Ugg and say that I got only the socks? Or I have to order another shoe because the weight matters? I’m looking for the basic knowledge about peb

The most obvious tip I can give you is if you want to PEB, let's say, €300 worth of items.  You should place an order for €600-700  and add some heavy items. Then you want to file the PEB for the items you want to keep and they will refund you. After a week or so, you refund the items you 'received'.
If you PEB €300 worth of items, with an order for €350 it's much more suspicious.

So you say that if I want to PEB 1 shoe (the Ugg) then I should order more 1-2 shoes and then say that I didn`t get the Ugg and then return the items that I ordered with the Ugg (the 1-2 shoes) and I`ll get my whole money back and I got a free Ugg? I hope it is understandable
