I am trying to SE a g7 monitor from samsung right now, i sent them a pop and the photo of the serial number im waiting a label from them,
so should i do FTID or LIT, what do you guys think?

Is that what they require?  And  you went direct thru Samsung, and what about warranty info and stuff? 

I'll check into that more, interesting to see.....keep us posted no matter what....
