Take the replacement! Then when you receive that try the usual methods again easiest to hardest, DNA, damaged, EB, empty envelope return without altering label, FTID, chargeback.

I always take the replacement if thats all they are offering because you can double dip or even triple dip. worst case scenario return the reship and get refunded and you end up with the first item free.

They are not sending the entire replacement but only the part that's damaged. I guess they are really patched. I tried on another account and the manufacturer told me to keep it and I can get the refund, but the resolution team immediately told me to still return it back.

I'm going to make a Wayfair order in the next day or two. I'll let you know what method worked for me.

I did a legitimate DNA under $500 with a clean address and it worked... But I don't think damaged is working anymore, they'll ask you to send back the items. I'm also sending back furnitures that I claimed were damaged to get full refunds, not sure if they'll check whether it's really damaged or not.
