I've been reading guides for doing FTID, but some of those guides are very old, so I'm not sure that I'm getting the most current info.

These FTID guides always say to remove the return address, the tracking number, and the RMA number, and edit the delivery address.

It's obvious why you'd want to remove the RMA number, so Amazon can't track it internally, but I'm conflicted about how to deal with the return address and tracking number?

I'm concerned that if I do this, the UPS driver is going to notice the blank information on the shipping label and simply print out a new label.

The other risk is that if I remove all of that information and replace it with a fake return address, fake tracking number, etc, then somebody who works at UPS will notice that the information on the label doesn't match the information on the barcode.

For those of you with experience doing FTID, how are you editing the return address and tracking number? Are you just removing them, and leaving them blank, or are you going further, and replacing them with false return addresses and false tracking numbers?
