PayPal Dispute - will this work? Help needed. 08-04-2023, 10:57 PM

Planning to open a SNAD PayPal dispute for an item around 1kg. Will my planned steps work. This is how I envisage it playing out.
1. Open SNAD dispute with PP after I receive the item.
2. PP will likely require me to return the item and upload tracking.
3. Send a similar weighted parcel back to merchant.
4. Uploaded tracking receipt and get a refund.
Step 3 is where I’m struggling to find any information. How do I go about ‘returning’ the order (pair of shoes)? I’ve read about dry ice? Do I simply pre-purchase a return label online with a weight of 1kg and drop off an empty box? How does this work?
Am I missing anything? PP account is aged with no recorded disputes.
