My claim got denied. Company replied with tracking id and thats all. Is there anything more possible to do?

Yes you need to call paypal straight away (or live chat/email) and tell them you wish to appeal and change the dispute reason to Not As Described.

You can still fix this. You just need oaypal to reopen the dispute and change it to SNAD.

Then pp will tell you to return, then you can box them.

Thing is, I already tried boxing, they refused to accept the return.

Paypal will force the company to accept a return.

Contact paypal , appeal, and change dispute reason to Not as described.

Question is are you still inside the return window ?  If yes then Paypal will likely let you return  if you do snad apeal whether Macy likes it or not then you can go ahead and box them.

Correct, but the paypal return (dispute) window is 180 days.
