Seems like my email was persuasive enough. I just got a response back saying as a one-time courtesy, I can have the order reshipped to me. The company is Sanrio
How can I get a refund instead of items reshipped? They don't have physical stores nearby so I can't claim I already bought the items in-store

Could always say you ordered this for (insert family members) birthday and you no longer need the item and just want a refund.

Tried this. Worst case scenario I'll have accept the reship and send back the items but I'm sure they'll be sussed out by me returning.
