I already started to apply that method nevertheless the costumer support of the companies keep asking me to process the refund via amazon orders details page even though they approved it…(I don’t have an amazon account for those emails just the receipts) Are you aware of any methodology to overcome this situation? Should I have stated that the product was purchased more than 30 days ago so that the amazon warranty is not valid anymore? Thanks for the attention!

yeah so the very basis for this method is to look for their product warranty length and make sure you're within that timeframe yet over the 30 days the amazon return is as they'll almost always redirect you to them if its within that time frame. If they ever try to still refer you to amazon you simply tell them its over the 30 day period and amazon told you to contact the seller directly.
