Customer service starting an investigation now with "warehouse or courier" I explained to them the package was empty but not tampered with. Will update again.

Have you done them before? I want to make sure it goes through as a MEB not as a courier issue.

No I haven’t done them before, but the approach for a MEB is pretty standard, just say the box of the item was enclosed in the box delivered to you by the carrier, but inside the item’s box there were only the papers and the other things while the main item was missing
