Hey I dna’d some AirPod max’s off Amazon, I was out and the delivery driver rang me and said he will leave it at the door just needed the last 4 digits of my phone number, on Amazon website it said they needed the OTP and signature, both of which I didn’t give to him. I spoke to Amazon on the phone and they agreed to give me a refund but then I got an email later saying that because it was a OTP delivery they are unable to give me a refund. And to try and contact anyone who I might’ve given the OTP to to accept delivery- but I didn’t give a OTP to anyone and it was left on the doorstep. Do I have a leg to stand on here?
