yo, I'm planning to SE YSL shoes (550€) on farfetch in France, I'm going to request a return for wrong size, FTID the parcel, as soon as the parcel is received maybe 1-2 days later I'm going to contact them on the site they're going to tell me "we haven't received the parcel yet, please wait a bit etc" I'm going to make a paypal claim by providing the tracking number and normally it should end up in my favor, knowing that moreover I would have already contacted farfetch on their website, what do you think of it?

how did it go? can you give updates?
