Thank you, additional question, the laptop makes some weird noises, slight electrical buzzing when clicking or moving the cursor. Can I take it to a repair shop or will they know it's stolen / se;d?

Can I register it on Acer support in a few weeks and if they mention anythin claim I got it 2 handed?

If you didn't buy it from Acer, you should be able to register the device and request for a repair/replacement under warranty.

What if I bought it from the Acer store on Amazon?
