Alright quick update!

Kept contacting amazon support, they kept on saying there was nothing they could do without validating the police report. Kept telling me to wait until the 31st of August and contact them then.

Today I tired again. A new option on the chat bot appeared saying "Item missing" or something like that. I pressed that option and was put through an associate that told me they would send an incident report to my email and that I just had to fill that out and send it back. Such stupid questions on that report btw, info that they already had such as order number, tracking info etc. I then contacted amazon again through the app and surprisingly they just issued the refund, no other questions asked. No PR check, no nothing.
