Damn this might be worth a shot, no boxing or sending was involved?
Tell me of these steps are correct
1.Get a wheel s/n
2.Say it's not functional
3.Photoshop here and there
4.done?
This seems easy considering the price

Well I actually used a legitimate order to do this as my friend had ordered the wheel. I think actually ordering the item is a lot easier due to the legitimate POP etc if they were to cross reference.

1. Order the wheel from AMZ
2. receive item and note down the serial number
3. talk to logi and say that the wheel ‘doesn’t work and it must be the wheel as you have tried your controller and it works just fine
4. They provide troubleshooting, just say you tried it and it didn’t help
5. They will ask for a proof of purchase, now you could definitely PS one but I obviously used my friends receipt as they could cross reference it.
6. they will ask for information regarding address/name, this might’ve been as I’d requested the item to be delivered to a different address (as my friend lives 9 hours away)
7. They will send say something along the lines of “we have put a final request in for your replacement, can take up to 72 hours”
8. Receive the email saying request approved, (mine was 18 hours later lol)
9. Send the original back to AMZ.

now you could return the original whenever you wanted, my friend actually has returned his about 2 weeks ago and I only have just done the replacement so it definitely works.

Any questions I’d be glad to help, sorry for the essay but didn’t want to miss anything out!  like I said I used my friends order and this was for the g29, but I would definitely do it for the G923 as it’s better

Thanks for the help man I'm currently doing boxing of an apple watch and trying to receive razer headphones aswell within the next week.
Im going on holiday so I will have to line this up after that, my last SE of the summer will probaly be a logitech mouse but not to my adress as I will try get a wheel to here.
