You have been blacklisted it seems. Same has happened to me with walmart. But it should still work if you use a different IP , new payment method (with different billing address) and delivery address.

did you actually change the address? I don't mean just changing the way it's spelled.

Yeah, I even changed cities and ZIP codes. How do I figure the billing address out? Cuz I can change addresses on Revolut and Wise, but is the billing address updating too or nah? When ordering, I never write the real billing address and it was working for the whole time.

only thing I can think of is that Revolt account has identifiers that is being picked up then. I don't use revolt so can't say for sure. if u are using different address/payment/Ip (phone data works) from the ones you have used before then should be fine. You can try just using a different debit/CC and see.
