I do make 2-3 small orders under 10 pounds before the big one but I still get the hold and i remove it with real docs. Im doing this on aged accounts with order history and cookies with a static residential ip from a new VM for every acc.

So what you are saying, is that its just luck and I can keep making new CCs even at my own banck and use the same billing address with different accounts and it will eventually work?

Maybe you have low quality proxies or something. I am talking about VCCs. Not always you can expect them to work at first glance, somethings it takes even 5-7 accounts and then you order the thing you want, but sometimes you order it from the first time. But as I said, I ordered some cheap things and then I made a bigger order, I didn't have any problems  I don't know what are you doing wrong.

Using IPburger for proxies. Pretty high quality. I managed to place orders even after the hold, thats not the problem. From what I understand is that its possible to avoid AVS completly by doing small orders beforehand. In this case I can just spam create Wise CCs and try my luck with multiple accounts? What about the billing address? Do you just scramble it by adding additional letters / numbers or it doesnt matter?

I don't change the billing address, it's the same as the shipping one. The shipping could be jigged as much as you can. Yeah, you should try different tactics with accounts or it could be just for now and after some time everything will work for you without any problems. Like I had a hustle ordering some 200 euro item, I created account after account and got AVS every time. The next day I ordered it from the first time, so you can't predict the system. But the cheap ordering and buying then a big one it definitely works.
