Emailed Ninja and told them that my Coffee Bar would not receive power.
They immediately asked me to ship it back.

I said that Currys had took it back for me to recycle and said to contact Ninja for a replacement.
They said nothing they could do without the broken item back.

I repeatedly asked and made points about how I would be down money.
Eventually after 3 days and 30 emails I got escalated, the officer told me that if I could provide PoP then he would ship one immediately.
I then paid a photoshopper to photoshop a receipt from Currys PC World for me.
It worked immediately and I had one shipped the following day.

DPD delivered it but the stupid bastard threw it over my wall and he smashed the carafe, so of course I claimed for a new one and out it came. Double dip boys.

If Colin from DPD ever delivers a package to you please give him the finger.

Who do i pay to make a receipt for me?
