Where did state the purchase was from? It's easy to get around the letter of denial letter. you can formulate your own one.


yeah i was going to say shouldnt be too hard to make one up just wondering if anyone had any templates or anything. ive already sent them the amazon purchase receipt so amazon was stated Smile
find one on the forum or just state that they are not going to refund you in a letter and send it to them
