Hey man hope your doing well and I have some useful information about an SE experiment I done with Razer. So what happened was I contacted support on 2 emails both different info completely w/ different vpn locations and addresses etc. However, they were both the same razer product i was Se'ing. On one email I said the mouse's cursor was unresponsive (which was a common problem for that model) and guess what they asked for the mouse (i'm guessing they think could salvage it or something). On the other email I said the product was broken and they just asked for POD at the end. Also this took a week to complete but i disregarded the RMA which requested a return.
Some tips for you ( i believe your doing S/N method) is to photoshop the support requests because the corrupted file method can be very lengthy.
